Exterior Window Cleaning Challenges

The City faced unique scheduling challenges at each location. WIFC Recreational Canal Lands required cleaning only on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to avoid events, while Market Square could only be cleaned on weekdays. Civic Centre cleaning was scheduled on weekends to prevent disruption during high traffic. Safety requirements included working-at-heights certification and proper PPE for all cleaning staff. Additional challenges included distant water supplies and winter weather, which occasionally required rescheduling. 365 Cleaning addressed these by creating a precise schedule, coordinating with staff, and maintaining proactive safety measures.

365 Cleaning delivered exterior window cleaning and one-time spray extension services across 12 City locations. Our team removed dirt, debris, and hard water stains, cleaned skylights, and polished window frames, sills, and tracks. Specialized tools, including telescopic poles, scissor lifts, and high-pressure power washers, ensured thorough cleaning while maintaining safety. Eco-friendly cleaning agents were used throughout. Each service was customized to the facility’s schedule to avoid disrupting events or public activities, ensuring both safety and efficiency.

Execution & Service Scheduling

We developed an annual cleaning schedule, with two main services per year per location and additional mid-year spray services where required. Initial cleaning sessions took two days per location, with follow-up services completed in one to two days. Challenges like unavailable water or winter weather were resolved through coordination with the City and flexible scheduling. Our in-house window cleaning specialists handled all tasks, ensuring quality and safety. Routine inspections and proactive communication guaranteed services were delivered on time with minimal disruption.
